AI can help generate ideas, challenge assumptions and explore different perspectives. Use it to support your thinking, not to replace understanding, analysis or decision-making.
Be transparent about AI use
Be open about when AI has contributed to your work where relevant. Sharing that context builds trust and creates better conversations around ideas and decisions.
Focus on what matters
AI makes it easy to produce content, making it more important to focus on what matters. As a rule of thumb, it should take you longer to write something than it takes others to read it. This helps ensure we work in a sustainable way that respects people’s time.
